Width cutting

Rip optimizing means cost minimization. The process step therefore plays a key role in solid wood processing. WEINIG rip saws guarantee high productivity with optimal wood recovery for small businesses and industry. Customers can choose from the VarioRip and ProfiRip series, which can be upgraded to high-performance systems via a range of options.

Universal cutting

When high levels of flexibility are required, the solution must be tailored accordingly. In the circular saws from the FlexiRip series, WEINIG offers a system for the most diverse applications. The possibilities range from longitudinal cut-ting, cross-cutting, diagonal cutting, miter cutting and cross sections through to incisions. In addition to solid wood, a range of other materials as well as panels can also be pro-cessed. The universal WEINIG circular saws are suitable for operations of all sizes.

The offering com- prises solutions for the small carpenter through to complex sawing lines with feed speeds of up to 150 m/min. Cross-cut saws ensure optimal yield and, thus, maximum profit both with cutting to fixed length as well as when cut-ting out defects. The innovative PowerLock tool system enables up to 12,000 rpm with perfect surface quality and very short setup times. The PowerCom control system allows you to work comfortably in every situation. WEINIG moulders work cost-effectively and profitably, even for the smallest production runs.

Flexible CNC machining sets the standards in modern win-dow and furniture production. In the modular, fully auto-matic Conturex, WEINIG offers 5-axis technology for drilling, milling, creating tenons, grooving, countersinking, doweling and grinding in a single pass on all 6 sides of the workpiece. The series can produce parts with the most varied contours down to single-item batches with no setup time. The new Conturex Compact is designed for smaller operations with high quality and performance requirements at lower capac-ities.
