NewDealSeals was founded in 1994, and specializes in manufacturing and supplying the highest quality O-Rings and sealing components in the industry. With thousands of standard parts in stock, we strive to deliver the products that you need, when you need them and at the best prices available.

We have our own production facilities with many years of experience in producing high quality elastomeric O-Rings, moulded rubber parts and high quality end products made of PTFE:
Our elastomeric production facility contains:• 46 hydraulic presses;• Tools for more than 6000 different O-Ring sizes (ranges from inside diameter 0.74 to 1500 mm);• More than 450 different rubber compounds available;• +/- 80 working people;• Specialized mixing facility;• Engineering support at all stages of the manufacturing process;• 9 Auto inspection machines developed in-house to specific requirements;• Fully equipped testing laboratory;• Dedicated mixing lines and fully automated batch-off equipment;• Specific software to keep the production process under constant statistical control (24 hours a day);• Through non standard-production process control, it is possible to lower the qualitative - quantitative fault acceptance there hold AQL 0,65 - AQL 0,40;• Zero defect (meant as part per million ppmm).
Our PTFE production facility contains:• Research & Development center and material laboratory;• Mixing facility for PTFE materials;• State-of-the-art equipment throughout the process - from CAD and 3D modelling, through PLC controlled processes, to fully automatic equipment;• Machines set up flexibly for quick change.
Production facilities
Research & Development CentreWe have our own Research and Development Centre from where we carry out an on-going programme of new materials and product development. By working in close co-operation with our partners we are able to offer customers distinct competitive advan-tages.
In-house advanced capabilities facilitate extensive testing on both materials and fully finished components to meet increased pressure and temperature demands. Our testing programme results in leading edge performance and elimination of seal failure risk, and it also includes the evaluation of synthetic fluids.
Product DevelopmentThe products in our standard program are suitable for a variety of application cases. Nevertheless, all needs cannot always be fulfilled with an already existing sealing solu-tion. In such cases, NewDealSeals will create special solutions for special requirements, beginning with simple sealing elements and ending with multiple-component parts with integrated additional functions.
A wide variety of materials and a broad range of options for the selection of the corres-ponding production technology are the basis of NewDealSeals product development. The interaction of modern development methodology and experience of simulation and trial lead to the specific development of custom-made products.
