Organising and Booking

equipmentThroughout the process we have to book equipment via an online form. This form should be completed for the dates in which we want to use cameras, lighting, tracks, tripods and the crane. This when completed in the online form will be sent off to the technician and teacher who leases the equipment out. The online form includes things like;

- Time of when you want to use the equipment.- Dates of when you want to use the equipment. - What equipment you want to use.- Contact details.

Booking studio space

We emailed the locations and asked for permission to use their premise. This was then followed by a confirmation date and time in which we would be filming. This was also done via email and an online form which has now been booked.

Casting Actors

For the casting of actors and dancers we contacted the main performers in whom we were interested in being the roles and then held auditions for the dancers, the video for the audition which was held is included on another blog post.

The people which we then chose and took details off were sent a copy of the production schedule of dates and locations in which they need to attend.
