Nanda is a Certified Licensed Instructor of the world renown Thinking Skills System founded and created by Dr Edward de Bono. This Thinking Skill System is used by many corporations throughout the world. Nanda holds degrees in B.Sc Biochemistry (UKM), B.Sc in Alternative Medicine, (Calcutta, India), M.Sc in Applied Psychology (Rajasthan, India) and Diploma in Automotive Engineering (NIT S’pore.) He is a Master Trainer in the Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking Skills. He was trained and practiced in Singapore and is currently based in Kuala Lumpur. His presentation skills are exceptional – energetic, inspiring, creative, thought provoking and filled with humour.

He holds a BA (Hons.) with an overall GPA of 3.96 (out of 4.00) in Organizational and International Communication, cognate Industrial Psychology and Business from The University of Oklahoma, USA. With his excellent academic and research results, he received Cleo Cross International Student Scholarship (USA), a scholarship normally presented to one student per country only, in 1994. He was named Best Undergraduate in Communications Department for year 1994-1995, one of the first foreign students to attain such an achievement.  Mr Aw has more than 16 years of professional and industrial experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. Public presentation, event management and sales/marketing are also his forte. Throughout his career so far, Mr Aw has assumed the positions of Director, Manager, Assistant Manager, Executive and Personal Assistant to CEO.

Always believes in setting new standard of excellence, Mr Aw has managed and conducted various training programmes and workshops for supervisors up to General Managers both in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. He has designed supervisory, management and motivational training programmes for factories, business companies as well as government bodies like Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Pulau Pinang (PERDA), Unit Penyelarasan Pelaksanaan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri and so forth. He is currently is the senior lecturer in the area of marketing of College of Business  (COB), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He started his career as a lecturer since 1994. He obtained his PhD from University of Science Malaysia (USM) and his master’s  degree from Phillips University at Oklahoma USA. He earned his first degree (Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics) from Knox College, Illinois, USA in 1985. Prior  to  joining the academia, he worked as a marketing executive at freight  forwarding  company based in Kuala Lumpur.  Prior to his current position, he was the Deputy Dean(Academics) Faculty of Business Management, UUM. He was given the responsibilities to handle undergraduate related matters such as curriculum and program development, managing the collaboration with artners in offering the undergraduate programs and  promotion of undergraduate programs in local and international market. He was also  Deputy Director of Center of Entrepreneurial Development which involves in  development and training the entrepreneurs under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and  other government agencies.

Azlan holds two basic degrees; one from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, in Applied Science’ and the second in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the Universiti Putra Malaysia where he graduated with a 3.97 average.

All three degrees have served him well in bringing to his clients a sharply honed ability to evaluate business processes, both technical and people base. Krishnan Kanan Started his career in teaching back in 1979 with a certificate in Education. Being ambitious Krishnan went on to pursue a degree in Physical Education and graduated in 1988. Determinations again lead him to complete his Masters majoring in management within a year at a local university.

Krishnan strongly believes that teambuilding is all about people trying to complete tasks on a more comprehensive and lighter note rather then the normal regimental routine. Changing mindsets of employees in a work environment and getting them to defuse the problem as a team will give them the joy of collective accomplishment which is what organizations are looking for in their employees.

Basic First Aid is the next step into first aid afterthe introductory course.
