It can be used by the tent people wherever the tent is pitched . The army is always on the move. The toilet can be used by army for
taking from one place to another by Para Military Forces.
It can be installed on Highways/Petrol Pumps. It will take care of privacy and hygienic conditions.

Q.) What is the life of the toilet? A.) The life of the toilet will be more than 10 years.
Q.) Where to dispose off the waste? A.) The sewer line can be used if it is available to dispose the waste to the nearest main hole, otherwise a pit can be dug in the ground. If the system is required to be installed temporarily, an old empty Coal Tar Drum with the holes in the walls and bottom can be installed in the ground and the outer connection of the pipe should be connected to the drum. Q.) In how much time, the toilet can be installed? A.) The toilet can be installed within 2 hours.
Q.) What maintenance is required? A.) There is no maintenance required practically. You can wash the toilet with the mild soap water.
Q.) What temperature range can the toilet stand? A.) The Toilet can be fixed in the cold temperature as well as the hot weather -10 to 45 Degree Celsius.

Q.) How it is hooked with the base?
A.) The toilet is hooked with the help of 4 bolts which are supplied with
the toilet. The installation instruction is supplied with the toilet.
Q.) Whether the toilet can be fixed with existing ceramic Indian type
and European type W.C?
A.) Yes, with the little difference in the floor design.
Q.) Is the urinal can be fixed?
A.) Yes, with the same change in the design of the floor, which is
available from the factory.
Q.) What is the provision of water?
A.) An overhead 150 liter tank is fitted.

The basic SARAL toilet is fitted with seat, Flush tank in English Toilet, Tap and Piping Systems from over head tanks. It can be fitted with a number of accessories on demand. • Wash Basin • Light and Fan (wherever the facility of power is available) • Toilet Paper Roll Stand. • It can be provided in different colours on the outer side like Red ,
Yellow , Green or Blue . • Urinal fitted Toilet can also be provided. • Bath facility can also be provided. • If only Santri post or telephone Booth is required, the same can also be
provided.
installation
For temporary installation, a steel frame (Design is available from the factory) can be placed at the site of the toilet. This frame can also be grouted in the ground. The toilet is placed on the frame and bolted. P.Trap is connected to the squatting Pan with the help of a rubber gasket(which is also supplied by factory). An air pipe is required to be fixed for foul smell near the P.Trap. The P.Trap is connected with PVC Pipe to sewer line or Pit. A water connection to overhead tank, which is fitted with the toilet overhead tank will be required to be filled with water whenever it is empty. For permanent installation, 4’x4’ pucca floor is made having plinth walls of 9” brick work with a ht. pf 1 ft. above ground level. 4 nos. of ¾” bolts may be grouted to fix the toilet in the corners. After placing toilet in position, the nuts may be tightened. You can place washers also to secure toilet further.
Care & maintenance
• It is recommended to, use a mild soapy solution to clean SARAL TOILET and wash
it thoroughly with water. • Do not use abrasive type solution as it may scratch the surface. • Do not smoke inside the toilet. • Do not use fire inside or near the toilet. Avoid any other direct heating source. • An Air Pipe must be provided near the P.Trap four smell as well as free flow of disposal of sewage.
• The pipe should be properly connected to sewer line or pit so that there is no leakage etc. • There should be a proper slope of pipe connected to P.Trap and sewer line so that
sewer does not burst back.

These toilets are possible to be customized according to the
need of the customer and requirement. These toilets have already been supplied to sulabh international, a social service organization along with the leading organizations e.g. Reliance Industries, Lovely Professional University (Jalandhar), M.C’s, leading educational institutions and resorts etc.
BASEMENT TOILET The basement toilet having the facility of pumping the waste of the sewer line on the ground floor. The necessary pump shall be supplied by us.
Cost
The introductory cost of Diplast saral toilet is approximately Rs.22000/- per piece (basic model), exclusive of Taxes and Transportation charges. The cost varies with different kind of additional accessories requires and taxes prevailing at the time of dispatch are extra.
Although the overhead tank, W.c is fitted but the Cistern & Washbasin are optional.
RAW MATERIAL
Using raw materials directly supplied by the standard manufacturers like Reliance, IPCL, GAIL etc.
Only standard formulations are used.
Only in-house re-processable scrap is used up to permissible limits.
Fillers added in permissible limits only to add strength to the material.
