COMPANY BACKGROUND

Metropolis Security Services Sdn Bhd was established as a

partnership company in 9th

August, 1993. The role of the

company is to provide security guard services. Over a decade,

Metropolis has expanded its operations to many other cities in

Malaysia, and now employs over 500 people.

The Authorized Capital for our company is RM 5,000,000 and

Paid up Capital is RM 1,000,000

DATO’ SRI REDZUAN BIN TAN SRI SHEIKH AHMAD … The executive chairman

Dato Sri Redzuan bin Tan Sri Seikh Ahmad is the founder Director of

the company. His distinguished and dedicated service to the country

had earned him many awards. Dato Sri Redzuan experience in the

field of security management and administration vastly contributes to

the strong growth of the company.

A lifetime of uniformed service had prompted our Chairman and

Managing Director to place great emphasis in the provision of

proper training and discipline outlook in our security personnel.

The chairman himself goes on regular rounds so that there is no

slacking in job efficiency.

TUAN HAJI RAZALI BIN HAJI OSMAN … The Managing Director

Bringing about an extensive experience of more than 15 years in the

Security Industry. Tuan Haji Razali Osman serves as the Managing

Director of Metropolis Security Services Sdn Bhd. With his excellent

management skills he is instrumental in the development of

Metropolis`s overall strategic direction and expansion. His sound

business acumen and ability to capitalize on market and industry

requirements has led him to be regarded as one of the prominent

experts in the field of security.

HAJI SABRI BIN HAJI IBRAHIM … The Financial Director

Maintaining financial records for our company is his priority in order

to manage a good outcome of company stability. Tuan Haji Sabri also

provides a strategic direction, leadership palnning and administration

support foe service teams. He has experienced a long period of time

in this industry.

ENCIK FATHEE AIZAT B. MOHD RAZALI … The Chief Executive Officer

Bachelor in IT (Hons) Major in Technologies and Securities. In

joining Metropolis, he brings with him the expertise and contributes

very much in the growth and expansion of the company`s Electronic

Security & Surveillance Solution Systems and keeping abreast with

the latest technology and systems in the marketplace. Regular

exposure to both local and international Security Seminars had

resulted in valuable experience being put into good us thereby

avoiding mistakes made by others.

TUAN HAJI OMAR … General Manager

Our General Manager comes with extensive senior management experience

and more than 20 years experience in the security field and has

considerable working experience in security departments with established

organizations. His presence in the organization always ensures that a high

quality of service is consistently maintained to meet customer requirements

and demands.

RESPONSIBILITY

Protect personnel, property, premises and proprietary information against fire, accident, theft, damage, trespass and vandalism.

Permit only authorized persons, to enter the premises and

maintain proper control of visitors and contractors especially after normal working hours.

Respond to all emergencies, record all unusual incidences in log

book and promptly notify the relevant authorized personnel. Enforce all safety and security regulations.

Be thoroughly familiar with the premises and all vital facilities.

Know locations and operations of all internal fire alarm systems,

inclusive of fire fighting procedures. Report all building hazards and malfunctions to relevant

authorized pass and operations of all internal fire. Ensure there is no solo citing within premises.

Ensure a smooth floor of vehicles within the various levels of car

parks and security therein. Protects all facilities within, as well as supervise building access

and facility inspections tours.

SECURITY STANDARDS The Primary Objectives of our

Security Coverage to our clients are

twofold.

THE PROTECTION ON LIVES

WITHIN THE BUILDING

1. To guard against injury, physical harm,

threats, deaths etc, from Crimes assault,

grievous hurts, fire, negligence, natural

disasters ect.

2. To guard against theft, vandalism,

mischief, fire, bomb threat, human caused

disaster ect.

The following would be a general description

of our responsibility and job functions. Please

note that these descriptions are not intended to

be conclusive, but rather to depict the general

nature of responsibilities of various posts and

functions.

SECURITY PATROL

1. Ensure proper monitoring of persons

entering or leaving the building and to screen

out unauthorized of undesirable elements.

2. Check all floors for attempted illegal entry.

3. Check all loaded vehicles parked

overnight.

4. Check all locks on doors and informing

tenants if there are any irregularities.

5. Checks suspicious parcels or articles left

behind along stairways, lifts, main lobby, car

parks ect.

6. Accord sight check for empty vehicles and

motors vans.

7. Accord higher security coverage for Senior

Management and Directors within the

premises.

8. Always be aware that intruders could be on

the premises especially after normal office

hours.

9. Security personnel would always be on

alert and inquisitive. It they are not

happy with any situation, they would

investigate.
