Temperaturestabilized Patented Brewing SystemThe constant temperature brewing system maintains a stable water temperature of 93°C / 200°F throughout the brewing cycle. This delivers the most full bodied, flavorful, robust cup of coffee with no bitter aftertaste. Maximum coffee extraction can only be achieved at a constant water temperature of 93°C / 200°F. Conventional coffee makers brew at well below this temperature for most of the cycle.

Background

Cloer began manufacturing tools and wrought-iron work in 1898 and the first electric irons in the 1930‘s. In the early 1940‘s they designed and marketed the first waffle iron. Recently Cloer acquired Asian factories to work under German engineers and competitively produce their high quality electric kitchen appliances.
