Program Highlights & Frequently Asked Questions… What is BIG D Rewards? BIG D Rewards is a new loyalty program from VisitDallas that rewards Meeting & Event Planners for bringing more group business to Dallas, Texas. How does the program work? For every qualified group room night contracted via VisitDallas with a TPID partner hotel, planners earn points that can be redeemed for over 10,000 merchandise items, travel, and other exciting rewards. Points will accumulate based on the total number of annual room nights booked in the Dallas area. A minimum of 100 cumulative room nights must be booked to receive reward points. This can be achieved through multiple bookings. Once the minimum requirement is met, reward points will be based from room night 1. Total Annual Number of Rooms Booked Rewards Points Earned per Room Night : 1-99 25 100-250 25 250-500 35 501+ 75 *For example… If a Planner books 500 room nights, s/he earns 17,500 Big D Reward points (500 x 35 pts per night = 17,500) Can planners earn points for anything other than hotel nights? Currently planners only earn points for group room nights at TPID hotels. In the future, we hope to expand the program to include dining, DMCs, and other venue bookings. What is BIG D Rewards?
