Have you ever eaten ice cream so fast that you got a headache?

Sincethenwellwith

I’ve asked lots of people ifnowourthey

ever get

“brain freeze.” Almost everybodyeats hasshuts

said yes.

Brain freeze or ice-creambicycles headachesweather

can result from eating

any coldchair foodspot

or drink. Because of this, theyareputuse

also called

cold stimulus headaches. But whatcausesservessleeps

them?

Brain freeze occurs because wehaveplaytalk

nerves inside our

mouths. Nerves allowhemyus

to feel things such as heat, bookcoldsky

, or

pain. When you drink oreatfallsit

something that is very cold, your

cars nervestowns

feel a shock. Also, the roof her ofuse

your mouth can swell

up andmeasurerethinksqueeze

the nerves tight. This can leadif soto

a big

headache.

There are fewcuresdollsweeks

for brain freeze. Some suggest that

themwhoyou

can warm up the affected areasasoftoo

your mouth. You do

this bygrowing pressingshining

your tongue against the roof of methoseyour

mouth.

Some other people say that anynoneyou

should take another bite of ice

creamfieldkitten

to keep the area cold untilandhimthe

pain passes. Yet others

suggest breathinginoffto

through your mouth and out yournoseringroad

.

This helps bring warmer air intoalsosheyour

mouth.

animals respond to the cures the same way people do.
