STATE OBJECTIVES 

 According to the Bloom’s Taxonomy, students are able to : 

Know the importance of physical fitness

Do a fitness test designed by school administrators Analyze, interpret, and keep records of individual

physical fitness

Perform actions to improve individual physical fitness

through fitness activities in a systematic planning Recognition of individual fitness levels based on current

performance

Choosing a method-The teacher will show a video and power point slide

about the test

-Then, it start with warm-up

-Calculate mass index BMI (body mass index)

-Do all four components of the test continuously like

fluctuating bench (naik turun bangku), push-ups(tekan

tubi), semi-ups(ringkuk tubi separa), and reach stick

(jangkauan melunjur)

UTILIZE MEDIA AND MATERIALS 

The lesson begin by showing a video about the test

Describe the test to students by using Power point

Teachers provide all the equipments of the test

Teachers ensure that all arrangements run smoothlyand the test can be initiated

The test starts with a warm-up, taking index BMI, do allfour components of the test continuously like

fluctuating bench (naik turun bangku), push-ups(tekantubi), semi-ups(ringkuk tubi separa), and reach stick

(jangkauan melunjur). After that, finish with cool down
