RECOMMENDATIONS
From the foregoing analysis the following recommendations can be suggested
Government should arrange exhibitions on quarterly, semiannually or annual basisto promote the work of women entrepreneurs in the Coimbatore areas as this will
provide them a platform where they can bring their work on scene.
Government should train the employees who work in the micro financialinstitutions as to how to deal with the customers and tell them the benefits of
thescheme.
Government should do extensive ad campaigns to promote the work of these
women not only within the country but also at the international level.
Awareness should be created among these women as to how they can gain successin their business by getting proper education and getting required skills.5.There
should be relaxations in the terms of micro finance so that they can easily start
their own business.
Society should not only support but also encourage such women who are source ofpride for the nation.7.Special buses should be run for females so that they do not
face any kind of problem while traveling.
The study shows that she only attracts higher middle class and higher class people. So, she should provide with a arrange of products that even middle class people
can afford.
She should highlight her qualities as an Event Manager also. She being an owner of a well established designing firm, she should consider
Interns under her sand guide them.

LIMITATIONS
The purpose of this part is just to find out the specific weaknesses that may affect the
findings of the study. During this research we face a number of problems due to which
the internal as well as external validity of our Research findings are affected.
These are as follows
1. Most of the women are not educated so they are not able to understand somequestions.
2. Some of the women of beauty parlors were not cooperative.3. The target market we are focusing is from Coimbatore areas so we have to face
some difficulties in tracing their homes.
4. Some family members of illiterate women dont allow them to meet with us.5. Due to lack of education of these women we are also facing communication
problem.
6. Due to social pressure many women know what problems they are facing but theyare not allowed to tell that.
7. We felt difficulty in operating SPSS software.8.Lab was not frequently availablewhich a main problem for us

CONCLUSION
"Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile". Yes. Today there is a greater
awakening among women. In education, they have not only excelled but also become top
makers. Likewise, in office and industry, many have shown brilliant results. Even in
rural India with education, women have shown better performance. Educating women is
absolutely essential in straightening her personality. The need of the hour is to provide
an opportunity in a conducive atmosphere free from gender differences. The need for
awareness motivation and courage to correct the faults of male counterparts are great
challenges today. It is, therefore, encouragement of the growing intensity of motivation
amongst educated young women for coming in the entrepreneurial stream and extends
support with scientifically designed package of the technical and financial assistance.
The non-governmental organizations have a bigger role in stimulating and nurturing the
spirit of entrepreneurship amongst women.
Towards this end, an integrated approach is necessary for making the movement
of women entrepreneurship a success. For this purpose, both the government and non-
government agencies have to play a vital role.
