1. PROJECT The Project is based in a production of 5.850 tons of net chicken per year. 20% of that will be sold butchered and the rest will be sold as a complete chicken. The production starts with the Budget of fertile eggs and the location of incubators in te property. We will Guild 27 farms with high technology Systems and 1440 net square meters with a capacity between 50.000 and 55.000kg of alive chicken. With this we will have a production of 37.500kg of meat (dead and empty) for farm and 112.500kg each week. Slaughter house with a capacity of 2000 chickens/hour with the Halal Rite and installations to butcher the 20% of the production The refrigeration camera has a capacity for the production of two days. There are not details of the commercialisation system. RESUME TOTAL COST

1 Dosser scale of 1000 kgs with double bin mounted on 4 charge cells connected to a box that emits one signal to the equipment with luminous numbers. This equipment is manual. (Pos. Nº 4)

2.- CARACTERÍSTICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS 2.1.- Platform (not included in the offer) The owner should make one esplanade without vegetal layer, level out and compact, where the building will be installed. This platform must be elevated around 20 cm above the ground, to avoid the humidity comes into the building. There’s no problem to put the chicks directly on a well compacted ground, avoiding the concrete. All surface of the building must guarantee one weigh capacity of 2,5 kg/cm2. Having on mind the possibility of use one special concrete if we find out plaster or salts. 2.2.- PERIMETER SKIRTING’S (not included in the offer). The perimeter skirting’s (not included in the offer) should be once the supports and lateral panels are fixed. It’s to strength the walls, in case the trucks or bulldozer hit them. 3.- STRUCTURE: With porticos IP-140 and wood beams. 4.- EAVES Two-pitched roof with lacquered sheet, with lateral eaves at 0,90mts. The sheets will be fixed on the beams with screws and washers 6,30 x 110 mm. 5.- ISOLATION ( density of 40 mm.) Under the roof, we will place the isolation with polyurethane panels. The panels are with a density of 40 Kg/m3, both faces covered with an aluminum layer used as steam barrier.

The width of the panels will be 1,20 mts male/female with PVC “H” profiles to assemble them. The isolation will be placed under the beams. Thermal transmission is 0,40 kcal per m/2, hour and ºC. From the inside the roof will be complete flat for a perfect cleaning and disinfection. 6.- LATERAL ENCLOSURES AND GABLES: Sandwich panels of 60 mm. wide, (prewash sheet and polyurethane inside of 40Kg/m3 density). Thermal transmit ion will be 0,29 Kcal per m/2 and ºC. Should be enough with 40 mm wide, but we need strong walls to fix Doors, that’s why we use 60 mm. 7.- WINDOWS: 30 PVC Windows model “V-60” on the opposite side of the small fans for minimum ventilation. 96 Windows, model V-60 too, in one side of the building, opposite of the big fans, for the tunnel entrance, in hot seasons. All windows have protection to avoid birds entrance. 2 motoreducer to open and close the windows, that allow the tunnel air entrance, like the windows in one side of the farm. This motorreducers are automatic with the computer, depending on the ventilation and refrigeration needs.

8.- DOORS, LATERAL DOORS, AND : 3 Lateral Doors 2 x 1 mts. Isolated with polyurethane, and both sides with galvanized plates. Used for loading and unloading chicks. 1 Door 3 x 3,5 m. with the same finish like the others, to entry Cleaning machines and manure transport. 1 Exterior warehouse 4x3 mts, with the same characteristics of the building, for the computer, electric panel and medicines dosser.

4.- HEATING: Two propane gas generators, aprox 70Kw, that will be connected with the computer receiving instructions. We’ll study the possibility of use other fuel, depending on the situation. The gas tanks or other fuel tanks are not included. 5.- CLIMA CONTROL: We’ll install one computer “ULISES” with the following characteristics:

5.1.- Equipment for slaughter

GUTTING/EVISTERATION SACRIFICE ZONE

1.- Rolling conveyor by gravity, made of stainless steel with a length of 12.000 mm. for the transport of live chicken cages.

9.- Automatic scalder 2 lengths, each containing 3 sections of 2 meters long, with a total of 12 meters per body scalding (scalded total of 24 meters). With agitation of water by pumps blowers. Stainless steel radiators for heating hot water or steam (max. 2 ato.) Rail and tube curves with stainless steel comb. Two regulators automatic water inlet. Two keys scalding water drainage Shock valves for the formation of the bubble. Four blowers pumps of 5.5 hp. each. Two by-pass solenoid valve complete with 1 ½ “. AUTOMATIC PLUCKED

10.- Plucked automatic turntables plates, made of stainless steel, consisting of:

Five banks of plucking two to two front and one at the bottom. In each of the benches are mounted 20 aluminum bushings , with 2 bearings supported on a stainless steel shaft dia. 35 mm., Aluminum pulleys for flat belts and carrier plates stainless steel fingers with 8 fingers of rubber, with a total of 800 fingers plucking.

The plates rotate alternately clockwise and counterclockwise, so that all the plates spinning in all directions over the body of the bird. The movement is obtained with 8-phase electric motors 2 hp. 1000 r.p.m. each and flat belts. Each row of plates is adjustable in height and width and inclination, as well as horizontally and vertically. Length .- 4212 M.M. Width .- 1750 M.M.

17.- Cutter curved legs 180 degrees, powered by the overhead conveyor and powered by an electric motor of 0.75 kW.

18.- 1 x Chiller spiral 1600 / 6 The stiring air chiller available for various types of birds is built modularly according to the principle of counter-flow for better heat exchange in the chiller. Made of stainless steel with a width of 1600 mm and includes an inlet section for downloading and output section. The variable speed motor ensures the optimum time. The air pump for agitation portions of cold water or ice is included in the chiller. The effective length of the chiller is 6000 mm

The foundation and infrastructure of reinforced concrete.

Normal slabs on the terraces, sandy sloping shapes allow overload of 3 apportioned Ton/ m2 use with mobile charges in 5 ton trucks for the passage of which is justifiable for the workplace. Overloading of use will be reduced to Ton/m2 for administrative buildings and housing.

INSULATIONS AND ISOTHERMAL DOORS

Isolated walls on positive temperature areas

The sandwich panel walls are prefabricated with interior polyurethane and 2 front in galvanized and / or lacquered, all joints carefully sealed and antifungal; covers caulk joints in all the corners rounded entrants antifungal caulk joints in the bottom of the panels and in union with the benches of protection, allowing a careful completion easy washing. Painting on interior masonry.

Painting on exterior masonry.

These paintings must withstand weather conditions and carry:

INSTALLATIONS

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENTS

Cooling: In the final project phase will be studied better equipment. All this depending on the forecast of the allied industries.

The cooling needs to maintain the temperature in storage rooms, workrooms and rapid cooling were estimated in the calculations of the project after knowing allied industries and final sizing. Refrigerator production facility is secured with NH3 - 10 º C / +35 º C distribution by pumping from a tank located in the engine room. The cooling concept of production has been made in view of future increases in capacity, having been sized all fixtures (collectors, evaporative condenser, reservoir, etc.).. In engine room valves are planned in anticipation of additional joints with compressors that can be made in future to block extension of the refrigerator. Was chosen ammonia (NH3), considering the following criteria:

The production of cold chambers negative temperature of allied industries, with cameras frozen, freezing tunnels and numerous air-conditioned rooms and chambers are expected to be independent from the rest and are estimated each of a group of autonomous production bibloc R22 (to be defined in specific projects). NH3/ glycol water and isolated lung deposit ensures the distribution of cold services.

Production cooling

In the engine room, production of NH3 refrigeration at -10 º C, is performed with screw compressors that develop a total power (to be determined at the planning stage), with automatic power on the basis of suction pressure. Also in this room are located: a horizontal repairman equipped with safety accessories and regulation, four circulation pumps to distribute the NH3 for different chambers and rooms (there is an emergency pump). There is also an evaporative condenser equipped with centrifugal fans, installed near the engine room to cool the hot gas returning from the refrigeration compressors.

A cabinet centralizes all controls, protections, regulations and signs of cooling output. Contains a programmable controller that can regulate the production and the centralization of services, faults and alarms throughout the facility. A printer produces all occurrences of the installation.

The heat and humidity of every room, are recorded automatically.

Ventilation of the engine room.

A room thermostat and a detector of ammonia regulate the ventilation of the room. There is an extraction tower explosion-proof motor, with a knob outside the room, and an emergency stop device leaves tension cables all the engine room. The entire ventilation system, complies with NFE 35,400.

Equipment rooms

All evaporators have double bottom tank “anti-condensation, batteries, snorkel and fins in hot dip galvanized steel in the circuit of NH3.

In the workrooms, the fan speed of the evaporator is 950 rpm to avoid bothering the staff with too much airflow.

Each room has a station control valves, a thermostat, and a box containing all control devices (thermostat, switch demand from fans on a forced march or strike, etc.).

All pipes are seamless drawn steel insulated with injected polyurethane coated isoxal, and piping hot gas and rock wool isoxal finish.

Plumbing and ventilation.

A. Production of industrial hot water at 65 and 90ºC

The final study will define the investment needs of cogeneration and its volume.

Daily consumption of industrial hot water, is estimated at 155 m3 to 65 º C and 40 m3 to 90 º C per day massacre tip.

Thiswater production is ensured by a vertical tank outside pressure, able to 2 x 30 m³ at 65 º C and 90 º C. This production is ensured by installing cogeneration equipment and emergency generator steam.

The hot water is stored in a reservoir at 92 º C.

This material hot water production has been chosen for their high energy efficiency (about 95%)

The deposit ensures the production of hot water to pass the slaughterhouse or the industry to double its capacity, if in the future was needed.

Maintenance of temperature in the scalding of chickens

The scalding of chickens barrel is heated and maintained by direct steam injection controlled to maintain the same water temperature. Steam is generated in a boiler of 500 kg / h, equipped with a gas or diesel burner stove and a food. The distribution of the vapor pressure is 8 bar.

Natural Gas Supply

Since the gas meter located at the boundary of the estate (if there is the possibility of having the supply), the gas is led through a pipe of HDPE to the power plant (industrial hot water), and the equipment slaughterhouse in need (ventilation fan heaters…), finding its way safety valves.

Cutting the connection to the national gas network, has not been recorded in the preliminary estimate.

Plumbing circuits

Plumbing circuits are:

C. Compressed air

D. Ventilation

The slaughter halls, local tripe and washing shall be ventilated to prevent fog, condensation and odors. The ventilation fan heaters have new air intakes on the roof with motorized baffles, filters, centrifugal fans and natural gas burners. In the textile sleeves for the ventilation of workplaces, the air velocity is 2 to 7 m / s order not to inconvenience the staff. A. Transformer MV / LV

The transformer MV / LV is prefabricated type and will be located at the boundary of the property. It is connected to the medium voltage network (the cost of connection to the MT network have not been counted in this study). The power transformer will be 1,250 KVA considering this is sufficient for the needs of the slaughterhouse even after a possible expansion of capacity.

B. C.G.B.T. (Low Voltage General Schedule)

From C.G.B.T. located in the technical rooms, feed the various main electrical panels, and from these, the points of use.

Cooling equipment including cameras (phases from 21 to 26), electricity and telephony for all the building, we calculate an aproximate cost of 600.000 €, in the same way, this can be hired under the direction of the property GEI-2A, or it can be hired like a turn key contract.

Process machines, mentioned in phases from 31 to 47, including electric generator have a value of 1.100.000€, depending always on the details of the signed contract.

Transport phases and management direction can have an aproximate cost of 100.000€.

COMMENTS OF SLAUGHTERHOUSE

Comment: The slaughterhouse is the part of production that has been changing from the initial offers.

Variations are caused for the posibility to multiply the production by four, the posibility of the butcher the 20% of the production, because we have to this country with a high technology product.

According to the machines, we included dry area, clasification, butcher area, packing, etc.

We also thought about the transport of intestinal remainder, transport and treatment of blood and collection of scraps.

We added to the offer two cameras inside the slaughter house to make easier the transport of the meat.

The slaughterhouse has been designed to make easy the future extension, using the same areas to charge and discharge, obviously, this has an economic repercussion from the initial project.

Anyways, if this project goes on, our collaborators and engineers will study with the property every detail of the slaughter house, wich will be the final image of the production line of the chicken meat.

The numbers are approximate; they can have variations depending on the distance between the buildings of production and distribution. The feed distribution, chicken distribution from the incubator, broilers distribution to the slaughter, included distribution of the final product, change depending of the distances.

The UPP of 3 farms can work with only one person if the chicks are inside. The work is to

take care of the chicks and pick up the dead ones. When the buildings are empty, this person can be on vacations. But there are moments that this person is going to need help; when cleaning the farms or prepare the buildings for a new chicks entrance. That’s why we talk about 1,2 persons. This second one could be some person of his/her family, or one for the different UPP.
