INTEGRATED WITH GBC APPAdd-on and easy to upgrade to GBC App.

CONNECT ALUMNI WITH CURRENT STUDENTSCurrent students will have the opportunity to see review and ratings published by alumni.

GBC STAFFThe GBC staff will also have accessibility to share information among their peers and students.

TIMELINE AND LOCATIONUsers will be able to see the posting date and location (optional).

PICTURE (optional)By including a nice picture, users will be able to engage with others.

DESCRIPTIONExplain the “lessons learned” by including your own description.

Project Scope

Assumptions• Members of the GBC team will perform

together with 3rd party developers in all

activities planned

• Preparation and provision of infrastructure

for the program will be the responsibility of

GBC

• App add-on will be incorporated and test

separately and as well during scheduled

maintenance.

Constraints

• April 30th, 2017 is the official launch

• Budget of $ 100,000 – 15% contingency

plan

• Must not interfere with academic activities

during the school year.

• Minimum of 5 volunteer students (software

designers, marketing, project management)

Implementation Strategy• The Project comprehends a hybrid group of students and 3rd party developers

(on site freelancers) to design and develop the application.
