Assistant USA ProvinceFinance Officer. Patrick is happily married
toPatricia McCrory Synan and the father of twochildren, Shannon, a
High School spanishteacher in New Hampshire and Brendan, aDoctor of
Physical Therapy in Westchester.Patrick is a 1977 graduate from St.
Helena's,Monsignor Scanlon High School, and LongIsland University,
CW Post. He is also theproud brother of our own Marist Brother,
Br.Steve Synan.
Patrick will work at our Bronx office with ourCFO, Frank
Pellegrino. Patrick brings to theoffice a wealth of experience in
financialservices and banking as well as a love forour Marist
Brothers' life and mission.

The Marist Youth Mission Conference is thisweekend at the Marist
Brothers Center in Esopus!
All Brothers are invited to attend Mass and Dinnerthis Sunday.
Dinner will be first at 5:30pm in thecourtyard, followed by mass.

Japan.
Philip Cappio, former FMS '73, who is battlingcancer.
Grace Zappala, mother of Dr. Steve Zappala ofLawrence, MA, who
is very ill and was recentlyhospitalized. Br. Robert Andrews, who
continues to rehab atCabrini Nursing home in Dobbs Ferry, NY. For
all of our senior Brothers, other Marists ofChampagnat, family
members, and friends whoare ill. May the Lord bring healing, and
ourGood Mother bring comfort to them.
