Dear God,
As we remember those who havemade the ultimate sacrifice forthe freedoms we enjoy everyday, we think of how they havefollowed in the footsteps ofsavior, Jesus Christ.
Please hold our servicemen andwomen in your strong arms.
Cover them with your shelteringgrace and your presence as theystand in the gap for ourprotection.
We also remember the families ofour troops. We ask for yourunique blessings to fill theirhomes, and we pray your peace, provision, and strength will filltheir lives.
May the members of our armedforces be supplied with courageto face each day and may theytrust in the Lord's mighty powerto accomplish each task.
Let our military brothers andsisters feel our love and support.
