c. Contribute to the development of effective overall training structures and plans in order to support the transformation of the Armed Force of Bosnia Herzegovina and countries in the region.

d. Collaborate with other PSO training institutions both in and outside the region in order to optimise own teaching delivery, and to achieve a common and cost-effective approach to training and operations by promoting burden-sharing through the avoidance of duplication.
