Greenwood County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Civil Engineering, Site Design and Project Management services for a County Owned Industrial park development project (Phase 1 only.) Greenwood County requests statements of qualifications from professional engineering firms for civil/site design services for Phase 1 (approximately 31 acres) of the County Industrial Park located in the 5700 Block of Highway 25 N. Hodges, SC 29653 and identified by Greenwood County Parcel numbers, 6930-157-834, 6930-326-859, 6930-172-696, and 6930-308-770. The Phase 1 project (design and construction) described by this RFQ should be completed by December 15, 2017 in order to meet requirements imposed by the South Carolina Department of Commerce. The Lieutenant Governor's Office on Aging will be developing a custom built financial and client services track-ing application. The legislature has appropriated funds for the project. The system will be used for to capture and track data on clients, services provided to the clients, the costs of those services, contacts, and case management.
