• Diagnosis: requires open lung biopsy (difficult to differentiate fro IPF)• Histo: lymphoplasmacytic interstitial infiltration in a uniform pattern,

• Chronic Eosinophilic pneumonia: most common in U.S. Middle aged women. Subacute. CXR bilateral, very peripheral infiltrates, photographic negative of pulm edema, High ESR. Steroids. Relapse common.
