Application
• Specification followed IS 12818:2010 equivalent to DIN
4925.
• Trapezoidal threaded socket & spigot ends for easy, reliable
jointing, long and better strength.
• Surface finish of this pipe is extremely smooth which
reduces
the hydraulic friction.
• Ribbed screen pipes are used especially when outer surface
area of bore-well casing pipe is to be increased. These ribs
provide around 25% of additional surface area by virtue of
its design. Besides that if hole gravel balls away from the
pipe at a distance of about 2 mm. This arrangement
naturally cleans slits due to vertical flow passage and allows
more water to seep in, resulting in higher yield than other
plain screen pipes

Duke Pipes are made with specially designed formulation, so that pipes are capable of
handling both internal hydro static pressure as well as vertical tensile load due to the
column water and pump weight. The special formulation ensure that the threads do not get
brittle and break / chip even after loosening and tightening several times during the life
span. Special raw materials are used and processed with the
latest extrusion technology to make these pipes.
Special Formulation
Duke Riser Pipes have a dual function to perform. On one hand to withstand the pump
delivery hydro static pressure, which is maximum in the first pipe connected to the pump
and may be as high as 35 Kg/ cm2 and on the other hand, the top most pipe bears the load
of the entire column filled with water & pump which may range up to 2 tons. This type of
loading application makes this product unique and requires special manufacturing
techniques which is available only with Duke.

Solar Pump System and Its Usage
Solar Pump System consists of Solar Inverter, Water Pump and PV array. This system or
instrument is particularly used for residential areas and irrigation, desert control, livestock
breeding, to let water reach islands, water treatment plan etc. Solar Pump Inverter helps pump
to run neatly and smoothly. It also reduces costs of instrument and its maintenance. 3 phase
AC motor runs water pump. This pump either draws water from deep wells, rivers and lakes for
pouring it in tanks/ponds or is been joined directly through irrigation/fountain systems.
