The hydraulic open-fronted and double-sided presses can be used for all conven-tional forming processes as well as for straightening, embossing, calibration and bulk deformation. The optimized design of the frame provides high rigidity and ensures a long service life. The flexible adaptation of the machine to a wide range of work tasks expands the range of applications and guarantees
optimum ease of use. If these presses are expanded by a hydraulic deep-drawing device and a hydraulic ejector in the ram, they are converted into a triple-action deep-drawing press that delivers utmost efficiency. Integration into fully automated press lines is possible or feeding units can be adapted to operate with these presses.

The simplest control type L is the installation of a cam track on the press frame. The setting of the upper stroke end position is performed with fully adjustable cams. The pressing force is adjusted manually at a pressure regulating valve and can be read on an additional pressure gauge.

The press controls F and P enable the variable setting of every path parameter for the stroke position or the ram by implementing an absolute positioning measuring system (ultrasonic measuring system).
