An opportunity with one of the largest Advertising Agencies outside London, with over 150 creative’s, and who are

well placed within the rankings of the top Creative Agencies, is currently seeking to strengthen their Board and their

Business Development Strategy.

Creative team. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of 2D & 3D design that include

Exhibition, Museum, Special Events, Interiors and Branded Environments and Point of Sale Design. You will uphold

and encourage a positive attitude to high quality Design and accuracy of work whilst you motivate and inspire the

team as well as assist with on-going staff development and training to incorporate team building.

You should be comfortable working directly with clients, be proficient in computer skills (Apple Mac Systems) and be

at an advanced level in Vector Works, 2D/3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, whilst

knowledge of Cinema 4D would be an advantage.

The current Managing Partner is looking to formulate his exit strategies, with the successful applicant of this

The company is a medium sized Manufacturer of bespoke Signage and a producer of Large Format Digitally Printed

Graphics, for a variety of applications, from Bespoke Wallpaper to Window Manifestations. They offer a full service

of Surveying, Design, Project Management, Manufacturing and Installation, and have enjoyed consistent year on

year growth over the last four years.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of client specific projects, working closely with the clients own team of

Project Managers, Property Managers, Designers etc, liaising with the client on site and at their head office, to

ensure the smooth running of the implementation of their Brand, working from the latest Brand Bible, across

existing multiple sites and for new store opening.

You will be the companies client facing representative, and should be well presented, a good communicator both

written and verbally, possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and have the highest levels of

attention to detail, in order to maintain this companies high standards of customer service. Whilst this is not a sales

role, in terms of cold calling, through the effective management of clients you will be expected to assist in growing

accounts where there may be opportunities to do so.

To date this Signage manufacturer has utilised their Project Managers to Survey sites. However, due to their

expansion and increased workload they are now seeking to employ a dedicated Surveyor, to take responsibility for

National and European Site Surveys in order to free up the Project Managers to focus on running accounts, whilst

having a specialist surveyor in the company.

The company is a medium sized Manufacturer of bespoke Signage, primarily servicing the Retail Sector, They offer a

full service of Surveying, Design, Project Management, Manufacturing and Installation, and are enjoying continued

success due to the effective management internally and their dedication to customer service.

It is this determination to provide a quality service which has seen the company grow, through the winning of

additional market share within their accounts, and organic growth, this has also led them to want to recruit an

experienced Signage Surveyor, who can accurately complete Site Surveys, analyse details, identity potential issues

for Installation, make effective decisions and communicate the specify requirements, of each site effectively back to

Head Office.

The nature of this role will require you to travel extensively. To be considered you will already be experienced in site

surveying for the sign industry, you will ideally have spent time and have experience as an installer/fitter and

understand the technical aspects of signage from a manufacturing and installation perspective.

The company is a medium sized Manufacturer of bespoke Signage and Large Format Digitally Printed Graphics, who

has had continuous growth and in turn the business has received much reinvestment, both in terms of growth of

the team headcount and also manufacturing equipment and kit.

Having already got people within the business that can produce Designs, although they don’t currently have a

Designer that is solely focused on Design, they now wish to recruit a talented Designer to give this aspect of their

business a dedicated individual..

You will have already gained experience of designing Signage schemes, Sign Families and preparing Artwork Visuals

for Prepress Printing. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of signage design

and construction for manufacturing and will able to produce working/manufacturing drawings. Full and

demonstrable experience of working with the full Adobe suite is essential, working knowledge of CAD would be an

advantage.

As the company continues to grow then this position could lead to the right individual heading up the Design Studio

and building/managing a Design Team in the future. As such you must be an effective communicator and have

potential aspirations to have team management responsibility in the future.
