    Overview

    This application was designed as a template for Salesforce.com.

    The goal is to provide QlikView users with a starting point for their projects by letting them reload the app

    using their SalesForce.com login information.

    Application Analysis

    QlikView Template for SalesForce.com will let users explore their data based on time, categorizing

    information in the past, the present and future expectations. It also holds the flexibility to multi-currency

    and multi-dimensional environment which is powered by QlikViews unique associative technology.

    Dashboard

    On the Dashboard, users can evaluate their companys performance over 3 quarters, last quarter, current

    quarter and next quarter; this will give the business user the ability to keep control of performance at short

    term.

    This template contains a silent legend to give user information visually. You can see three colors; pink,

    orange and green. Pink means past quarters, orange means current quarter and green indicates future

    quarter.

    At the bottom of the page users will have information about last year same quarter.

    Trends

    This tab will give the business users information regarding trends about some of the main indicators as Average Deal Size, Opportunity amount and Won Rate

    Users could look at these trends at different levels, like country, product, etc.

    Opps

    Opps tab combines all data about opportunities, and it will let business users to explore the opportunities by

    probability and by deal size. They can also get the details information about each opportunity by following

    the link to the opportunity in SalesForce.com.

    Accounts

    The Accounts tab allows the user to view amount per account, country, and year and to have a list of

    customers by any of the business criteria available for exploration, as Country, Opportunity Stage, Sales Rep,

    etc.

    Sales Person

    Sales Person tab allows user to have information regarding Sales representatives, allowing users to identify

    the top performers along the time.

    Setup

    If you wish to reload this app with your SFdc data, you will need to enter your login data into Setup page and

    then click on reload.

    NOTE: Please remember that you will need to download this template app (on the demo site) and SFdc

    connector (on the download site) locally and execute it with QlikView Desktop or QlikView Server in order to

    perform a reload.
