Words from MCP
“Aim to make positive difference. Don’t simply survive, cause survive
doesn’t inspire.”!
Since its inception in Iran in 2008, AIESEC has been striving to fill the
leadership gap of the country by providing young people an
international platform. Through our cross cultural exchange programs
and team work environment, we aim to develop the leadership of every
young person in Iran, and build a cross cultural understanding bridge
between Iran and the world. !
The Member Committee 2015-16 started off the term with the intention
of focusing on what we believe and achieve like never before. We
dream to build an sustainable and relevant AIESEC for Iran
empowering future leaders. It’s already 7 years, the new generation are
ready to create bigger impact and positive difference. It’s already 7
years, we don’t want to stay mediocre and just survive, cause survive
doesn’t inspire, and mediocrity is not we come for. !
I would like to express gratitude to all members of AIESEC in Iran for
enabling a wonderful start to our tenure by accepting and taking forward
our plans for the entity. We are looking forward to seeing everyone of
you to step up to take the onus to lead the entity in the final year of the
2015 and the start of 2020 dreams.!
I invite all of you to take a look at what really happened in the first 90
days of MC 1516, and I wish you all the very best in your aspirations for
the times ahead.

As an international platform, AIESEC provide lots
of international conference opportunities all around

leadership, communication, cross cultural
understanding, global network and team work.
Last three months, we totally had 9 members to
India, Turkey, Austria and Armenia and they gain
great experience there.
I am a Muslim girl with different wearing custom and it was awesome for me that everyone in AIESEC could accept that, so I believed in Living Diversity of AIESEC.

exchange opportunities
When you get out of the plane and you step into the AIESEC
borders, you forget about the hair and skin color and all the
huge differences that we've been grown up with, you swallow
your fears,Distances and homesickness and you simply are
member of a new family. This is what has happened to me.!
