Heritage Auckland is a most unique international class hotel which has been lovingly restored from the city�s most significant and historic former department store, a landmark building and New Zealand icon – The Farmers Department Store.

Heritage Honeymoon
Go into hiding on your honeymoon and indulge yourself with an evening in a luxurious Executive One Bedroom Suite. Our fully self-contained apartment accommodation offers you a generous size room, including a spacious open-plan lounge and separate bedroom. The Hotel suite is characterised by high ceilings, original jarrah columns and native timber floors which capture the charm and character of the original 1920s building.
You will be welcomed with a chilled bottle of Deutz, a red rose, a Body Shop gift pack and a selection of homemade chocolates. The following morning a sumptuous breakfast will be delivered to your room and a late departure of 12.00 noon. Parking is also included.

• Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of one (1) month.• A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm all bookings. Confirmation of the chosen Weddingpackage is required at this time.• In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, the Hotel reserves the right to retain all of thenon-refundable deposits.• No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into or removed from the Hotel by the Client orany of the Client’s guests or invitees.• An additional advance payment of $500.00 is required eight (8) weeks prior to the event.Confirmation of details and prices will be discussed at this time.• 100% of all food costs and the specified beverage limit are payable one (1) week (ie seven working days) prior tothe date of the Function. We would like to pass on our sincere thanks from both sets of parents and ourselves, for your work leading up to our wedding day and the superb effort Satish and his team went to, in the evening. The food was absolutely amazing. I'm sure you've heard the success of a Chinese wedding depends on the quality and the quantity of the food and the Chef and his team did a fantastic job.
Thanks to Satish's team of keeping the buffet well-stocked. Our guests were highly complimentary of the food all night and all day Sunday. Thanks also for the waiting staff at each table. Guests really felt they were looked after all night. We had excellent service on the bridal table and I was so pleased to hear that our guests were looked after just as well. We heard even the most discerning critics say "wedding of the year”.

We were fortunate enough to have our wedding reception at the Heritage Hotel Grand Tearoom. The entire event was flawless, space was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were attentive the entire evening. Everything ran like clockwork. Our guests all commented how elegant the evening was, from the décor in the Tearoom to the presentation of the food, and the wine and beer selection. We had 100 guests, and there was plenty of room for people to walk around and socialise during dinner, and there was a massive space for the band and dance floor.
The entire staff at the Heritage were amazing, considering the 15-20 overseas guests we had stay in the hotel the week of the wedding, every accommodation room was gorgeous, and anything the guests required including transportation, tours and room service they were more than happy to arrange for them. Everyone commented how they didn’t want to leave after the week was over, they felt very spoilt. I would not hesitate to recommend the Heritage Hotel as a wedding venue, or for any event. The hotel is beautiful and so unique, the staff are professional and go way beyond expectations, thank you for making our wedding week so special!

Thank you very much for all your work and help on our wedding day. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations, it was an elegant but very personal reception. I especially liked the personal service helping me in and out of my chair – negotiating my wedding dress was a real challenge! Everything went perfectly.
We just couldn’t believe the caliber and attitude of the staff we dealt with. Each one was experienced, polite, and seemed genuinely happy to be there and help us with our function. I have had numerous guests comment about the service we received, not to mention the truly splendid quality of the food. Your team is a true credit to the Heritage Hotel.
