A 26 year-old man with no remarkable medical history

was referred to the neurosurgery consultation for an

upper neck pain lasting for three weeks. He had no upper neck pain lasting for three weeks. He had no

fever and no other symptoms. His neurologic

examination was normal. He had no remarkable
