    Global mobility: Employees with lower education (88 per cent) and highqualification (73 per cent) are inclined to move to another countrycompared to those with middle level qualification (56 per cent)

    Job security is high on the mind of Indians, with 69 per cent willing toexchange a part of their salary in return for securing the position incomparison to the world average (39 per cent).

    Interestingly, this inclination is higher (75 per cent) among employees in theage group of 25 to 34 years. A majority of the mature employees are not

    keen to exchange a part of their salary to secure their position, whichimplies that their experience is invaluable.

    Recruitment firms: 85 per cent of Indians said they would use a recruitmentfirm to find a job than the rest of the world (77 per cent).

    Redesign the Education delivery system, incentives and financing to meet

    the goals of Skilling:

    Revamp incentives to reward student achievement and accelerated

    credit and degree completion.

    Create performance-based scholarships.

    Redesign the financing/incentives of special education and English as a

    language.

    Ease the state role in student transportation to other Universities. In addition to these system changes, Institutions targeted investments in

    workforce development, including:

    Rolling out the National Career Readiness Certificate, a statewide

    credential for incumbent workers seeking jobs.

    Better coordinating and leveraging existing workforce Salaries from

    local, state, federal and private sources.

    Supporting efforts to place high schoolers in meaningful summer
