transformed into a projection screen, creating a cool urban ambience. Executive Chief, Frederic Laval, skilfully combines the traditions of the region with the best of

modern cuisine to create a truly exceptional experience.

Bon viveurs can enjoy delicious pre and post dinner drinks at the chic and trendy Bar Le Preambule. With its grandiose columns, Le Preambule features a lengthy white wing used as a unique hosting table. And its lobby location is super-convenient for hotel guests returning

for the evening or going out to hit the town. The hotel bar, Le Preambule, is also a fantastic place to meet friends and relax over a well-crafted cocktail or glass of beer.
