The Deal Analyzer is the spreadsheet we use to keep track of purchase, rehab, holding, sales costs and profits. Itemized rehab costs

are built in. You can change the per unit cost and then input your # of items in the category

All you do is fill in the yellow areas and the spreadsheet calculates the numbers in the green areas for you

It figures your rehab costs, profit and return on investment, whether you get a loan for your purchase or if you pay all cash

Below is a snapshot of 3 of the pages in the spreadsheet

How Does The Referral Program Work?

✓ We purchase residential properties that you refer to us that meet our criteria

✓ We rehab and flip the properties for profit or we flip them for quick profit to other cash buyers

✓ We only purchase properties we can buy at below market prices (at maximum 75% of value)

What do we pay our referring parties?

o .5% of the purchase price if you come in contact with someone who wants to sell their property; you

get the details of their situation; you go to our website and fill out the Sellers Form (inserting your

contact information as the referring agent) and let the seller know that we will be contacting them

about purchasing their property

o 1% of the purchase price when you do the previous work, plus, you visit with the owners; fill out a

sheet letting us know what repairs need to be made to the property; take photos and send the repair

list and photos to us

When do we pay our referring parties?

o We pay referring parties at close of escrow when we close on the purchase of the property

(not after we rehab and flip the property for profit)
