On the wall you will find chart paper that includes the four types of resources
In groups you will write examples of these resources on the paper.
When I ring the bell you will move to the next resource and continue as you did with the first.
After completing all of the resources you will be back at the first resource that you started with.
As a groups and using the rest of the classes answers you will make a graphic organizer describing your resource

What Would You Do?
Imagine a close friend set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight. Based on what you have learned in your classes, you think the goal is an unhealthy one. Your friend is upset because you and her other friends are not supportive of her goal. She thinks all of you are undermining her intentions to improve her appearance. How would you handle the situation?
Making the Connection
Find examples of songs with references to goals that someone wishes to achieve, has achieved, or failed to achieve.
Play the music or present the lyrics to your class
Discuss the impact music has on how well you and your classmates achieve goals.
