Procedure:A15millilitersampleconsistingofacombinationofseveralofthecompoundslistedbelowwaspreparedinduplicatealongwithamethodblankofpuresolventandeachsampleorblankwasaddedtoa20x150mmtubeandplacedinBlock7322000.BNAmixtureswereaddedto

MethyleneChlorideandrunat40°Cand12psinitrogenforapproximately30minutes.Asecondsetofsampleswasrunat40°Cand24psinitrogenforapproximately22minutes.AllothercompoundmixtureswereaddedtoHexaneandrunat70°Cand12psinitrogenforapproximately15minutes.Asecondsetofsampleswasrunat24psinitrogenforapproxi-mately12minutes.Endingvolumesforallsampleswereapproximately1milliliter.Recoveryratesforthetwosampleswereaveragedandareshownbelow.
