Recycled Polyester FabricThere is, in fact, a “green” version of this textile – Recycled Polyester, which has the term “polyester” in its name, but is nothing like the polyester we all know about. Join me as I explore what this fabric is, how it is made and the latest developments in manufacturing and use, over the course of this article.

Did you know• It takes about three times the water to make a plastic bottle than it does to fill
it.• Many of these plastic water bottles can end up in landfills, where they can take
anywhere from 450-1000 years to fully decompose, depending upon their size.• It takes far less natural resources to take those same bottles and repurpose
them into wearable fabrics.
Mission Our mission at KSD-Z Wraps™ is to Repurpose man-made plastic
products, Reuse natural fibers that we have been throwing away, and Restore the global harmony in the natural biological cycle. By converting materials that may end up in a landfill into wearable apparel we’re helping to make the world a better place….one yard at a time.
