Firefighter parade
The Firefighter returns on Friday, October 6, at 8 p.m. Come out and support these local heroes from area fire de-partments who give us aid during some of the worst times in our lives.
According to Cedar Springs Fire Chief Marty Fraser, the parade will start on N. First Street, travel north to Maple Street, go west on Maple, then south on Main Street, and back to First St. The first loop around will be silent, and the second loop will be with sirens. Several area fire depart-ments have been invited to participate.
“We hope to have 10 to 12,” said Fraser.
