KilimaniProject Foundation

I respectfully confirm that the Kilimani Police Division Redevelopment Project is an initiative of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) Foundation in partnership with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Nairobi City County government, Kilimani Project Foundation and the National Police Service (NPS).

This undertaking is one of its kind, which is consistent with corporate social responsibility (CSR) philosophy and the spirit of good neighborliness by the Kilimani Community for the welfare of the men and women in Police Service.

The uniqueness of this project underscores the unlimited possibilities

Foreword Project Conceptof what can be achieved where there is cooperation, understanding and appreciation of the belief and practice that security is everybody’s responsibility. It further exemplifies our commitment as NPS to build collaborative partnership with communities we serve, hence we look forward to witnessing similar initiatives in other parts of the Country.

As the Inspector General of the National Police Service, I acknowledge your sacrifice and contribution towards the project irrespective of the amount. It is our pledge every shilling counts and must be accounted for to you. It is therefore with humility and confidence I affirm that this special project heralds a new era in the transformation of the Police Service for the common good of the people of Kenya and citizens of the world.

Yours Faithfully

Mr Joseph K Boinnet, MGH, NSC (AU)
