Digging through old cartons In a rural basement has resulted in the discovery of an an engineered, fuily surveyedmap of the proponent’s properly. The map was commissioned by the previous owner of the property. It wasproduced in January 1989 and based on surveys conducted in the fall of 1988. it irciuces elevations, propertyboundanes, drainage flows etc. Everything you would expected of a subdivision pran fully surveyed andcompleted by a Registered Professional ngineer in the Province of Manitoba. It is interesting to note thecontrasts and discrepancies between this map and the snap submitted by Lloyd Talbot of SUAPS.

I arT’ aware that the subrnision deadlne was Ncv 22. t-bwever, ii s also a matter of record that several lengthyextensions were granted to the proponent - and even then their “final’ submission was Incomplete due to theomission of appendix 6.

Please advise an amertnentladditbn to my submission wiil be granted and inuded as part of this EAPDrocess.
