General features
Compact and user friendly design.
Supplied by transistor type medium frequency converter, with digital
control board.
High precision servo motor controlled systems.
Inductors with adjustable and quick coupling system.
Siemens S7-300 PLC controls operation of the hardening machine.
Up to 200 different hardening programs can be stored in
the memory of the control unit. Each program consists of 40
steps, each step having programmed value for all major
parameters like output power, heating time, quenching time,
position and rotating speed, time delays etc.
Panel language and design on customer request.
Hardening quality management: high precision energy
monitor onboard, quench temperature and flow is
continuously monitored
The machine safety features, like inductor ground
sensor, door interlocks, pressure, and temperature and flow
switches on all critical water parts, and movement
interlocks fulfils extended security requirements.
