• Landscape architect is in the process of drafting the landscaping plan in accordance to City standards.

• Estimated 118 trees need to be removed to support construction in the following locations (this number is based on 60% final design):
> Little Tokyo: approx. 42 trees
> 2nd St/Broadway: approx. 6 trees
> 2nd St/Hope: approx. 46 trees
> Flower St from 4th St to Wilshire Bl: approx. 24 trees
• Trees will be removed based on construction phasing: Spring and Summer 2015.
• Trees will be replaced at a minimum of 2 to 1 ratio.
• Tree replacement is determined through the landscape plan which is currently being prepared for the City.
