Action Items / Recommendations:

Scope: To oversee the removal and replacement of the North fire tube flange and throat on A0427288, Treater A at North Brintnall. Ensure all steps of the procedure are completed as per Cameron/Natco and CNRL repair procedure.

All QC documentation was filled out for both Cameron/Natco and CNRL and sent to Cameron/Natco for final signatures.

Photos of the repair are attached.

Post inspection is required after the treater is back on line as per Anthony Mearle.

Actions Corrected at Time of Inspection: (If actions were corrected at the time of Inspection – note the corrected actions here.)

An indication was found using MPI after welding. The indication was 1" long and outside of the repair area on the treater side. The indication was removed via grinding and re MPI inspected until it was removed. The depth found ws 0.125". The area was weld built up using the same repair procedure.
