Report Visit Factory 3

Dear Ms Kay, 9/8, I have visit PI #3 for initial SOP audit, the detail of audit report will update later. I just summary some high light in PI #3 - The general written procedure have, but the limited with the board and space, facility so some procedure not post in working place - Some detail procedure in cutting, warehouse of trim, sewing line …. Still not have same as PI #5 - Poor maintenance, check list not update and machine not keep in good condition, some very dirty. - In fabric warehouse I saw still have many roll of fabric put in walk way , I have ask the warehouse guy why don’t put fabric in the rack? and the answer is don’t have space, But when I check in the rack have many space in the rack and show for him , the answer from him is the fabric very heavy, diﬃcult to bring put in the rack. - In lab room, as last visit from Mr. Alex he have mention about the light box very noise when turn on the D65 or hot source, and when I check yesterday it look not have any improve, still very noise when turn on the hot source light. The fan in light box look like not fix - Also from comment before from Mr. Alex with the shade band test, the colorist should sign off with their comment. But the actual still not practice, the reason I got from the guy in lab room that their manager (Ms Lee) don’t allow for them to follow that comment from Mr. Alex. - Fabric check side center side have done follow rule 2413 , but no check end to end, the feedback from the guy in lab room still Ms. Lee ask them no need do, only done when have side center side have shading. But when I check almost don’t have end to end check. Only the pieces on the last visit from Mr. Alex have. - I saw have the shell in lab room, but still not finish assembly. - In the lab room I saw we have 02 certificate from intertek for color evaluation with gray scale for 02 guy , but the training date is August 10, 2015 and 02 certificate have the same reference number. The actual I check on Aug 10,2015 the 02 guy not join any training class, (only last year they join)
