Psuant to DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2017 entitled "School Calendar r School Year 2017-2018," this Office shall conduct monitoring of the opening of classes in all public elementary and second schools om 05 to 09 June 2017. 2. The monitoring aims to: a. ensure readiness of all schools ding the opening of classes; b. validate actual situations and practices in schools; and c. provide technical assistance in curriculum and goveance. 3. Breakdown of Total Enrolment r SPED and SHS 4. School heads shall download and print al l necess monitoring tools and prepare modes of verification prior to the scheduled monitoring activity. 5. The accomplished monitoring tool (hd copy) duly si ed by e school head and the monitoring official should be submitted to the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) c/o Mr. Christian Mespher A.
