Our Softcare foam pad sets help prevent pressure sores, providing your patients with a deserved

point of comfort during what is most likely a physically and emotionally trying procedure. A relaxed

patient is much less likely to suffer from muscle tension, stiffness, and other potentially injurious

conditions. Our surgical foam cushions are easy to wipe clean and coordinate seamlessly with your

existing medical equipment and furnishings, and are used in state-of-the-art emergency rooms,

maternity wards, surgical centers, and private clinics.

Custom sizes available for all OR tables and table accessories.

• Foam: Latex Free Top Layer of Memory Foam (6 lb density), Bottom Layer: Latex Free High

SURGICAL TABLE & ARMBOARD PAD OPTIONS

Choose from three different styles of O.R. Table Pads and Armboard Pads:

Standard – High-density polyurethane foam with a

conductive vinyl sheeting top and bottom cover.

This pad is recommended for shorter procedures.

Deluxe – High-density polyurethane foam with a

soft, stretchable, urethane-coated, conductive top

cover and a conductive vinyl sheeting bottom cover.

This pad is recommended as an upgrade over the

Standard Pad for short to medium length

procedures.

Softcare – This pad incorporates a layer of

pressure relief viscoelastic foam (a.k.a. Memory

Foam) to aid in the prevention of pressure ulcers

during longer procedures. The balance of the foam

is high-density polyurethane foam. The top cover

material is the same soft, stretchable, urethane-

coated, conductive material that is used on the

Deluxe Pad, with a conductive vinyl sheeting bottom

cover.

Gel Top – Top Gel Layer available upon request (additional cost will apply).

Welded Seams – Fluid proof welded seams available (additional cost will apply).

MediTray baskets are designed to stack one on

top of the other within the SteriTite container.

They are highly perforated and manufactured

from the highest quality materials. As with all

MediTray and SteriTite products, aluminum

components are anodized and stainless steel

parts are passivated for corrosion resistance.

The unique vent pattern provides a template for instrument

organization, utilizing the company’s proprietary brackets, posts,

partitions and inserts. Stainless steel handles have memory and

MediTray ® Endoscopic Trays

The MediTray® line of endoscopic trays is a

versatile system of stackable trays specially

made to handle minimally invasive surgical

devices and accessories. Available in various

configurations, MediTray® Endo Trays

correspond to the instrumentation required for

a particular procedure and designed to fit

seamlessly within the SteriTite sealed

container or MediTray wrapped case/trays.

The top level of the MediTray endo system can be ordered with an optional

support bar to secure Kerrison Rongures for Laminectomy sets. The top

level and a second level, if required, are designed as bridges with parallel

BackBone brackets to secure handheld instruments such as graspers and

forceps. Most units come with an accessory tray designed to secure trocars

or cannulas. The base tray is ideal for placement of scopes, camera, light

cord and other instrumentation.

Utilize the four tier ENDOF1 or three tier ENDOF1T456 tray systems in a full

size SteriTite container for Lap Chole when numerous instruments are

required for a procedure. Use our 3/4 size ENDOQ1 for an Arthroscopy set.

FlashTite ® Immediate Use Sterilization Containers

For safe and effective, closed immediate use steam

sterilization, use SteriTite® sealed containers with filterless

FlashTite® valve plate. Order the FlashTite container with its

respective basket. This sealed system meets TJC, AAMI,

AORN and FDA guidelines and may be used for gravity

CLEANING SOLUTIONS

from the finest surfactants, synergistic enzymes and high purity RO water, Case Solutions and

SuperNova cleaners are low foaming, nontoxic, free rinsing, and biodegradable.

Case Medical’s instrument chemistries have been awarded a DfE, preferred

partnership, under the EPA Design for the Environment Program for safer

chemistry. Case Solutions and SuperNova instrument chemistries can be used

manually or in automatic washers to rapidly break down bio-burden and bio-

film. Validation testing in independent laboratories demonstrated > 99.9%

reduction in organic soil and 6 log reduction in bioburden. Lubricate with

InstruCreme. Ready to use and highly concentrated products designed with

input from healthcare professionals address the identified needs of the

healthcare community.

SuperNova cleaners are available in 1 gallon bottles or 2.5

gallon totes per case. The dilution rate for SuperNova.1 is 1/10

to 1/40 oz per gal. The dilution rate for SuperNova.25 is 1/4 to

1/10 oz per gal.

Case Solutions Penta Wipes, Alcohol Wipes and Surface Wipes are large, single use towelettes

impregnated with cleaning agents that facilitate manual cleaning and decontamination of surfaces

wipe after each use.

After cleaning, all surgical devices must be further processed with sterilization or disinfection per

DISPOSABLES

Case Medical, Inc.® offers a full line of disposables and

other accessories designed for the SteriTite® universal

container and other DIN-size sealed container systems.

Disposables may be ordered for steam and gas as

separate packs of 1000 each or by case including 3

packs of filters, 1 pack of tamper evident seals and 1

pack of load cards with indicators. For steam and EtO,

Case Medical has an internal process indicator available.

For hydrogen peroxide sterilization, including STERRAD and V PRO, polypropylene filters “Polypro”,

white tamper evident seals and load cards with indicator may be ordered in lots of 1000 or by a kit

containing 3 packs of “Polypro” filters, 1 pack of white tamper evident seals and 1 pack of load cards

with indicators. For SteriTite containers which are universal, both kits are required for steam and gas,

as well as low temperature sterilization.

To select appropriate tamper evident seal, choose one of the following: B=Blue for Steam & EtO

SCRUB SINKS

These surgical scrub sinks feature adjustable water

temperature, all stainless steel construction, faucet with

rose spray aerator, large scrub area, sloped bottom to

minimize splash & splash screen divider. Can be wall

mounted or free standing.
