- Painted surfaces are refinished and repainted for a

clean professional finish.

- Stainless shrouds, covers and rails are resurfaced.

- IA tops and X-ray tops (if included) are resurfaced.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING, SERVICE AND REPAIRS Hydraulic system - The entire hydraulic system is

thoroughly inspected, parts are repaired or replaced

as required, fluids are replaced and the complete system is tested to ensure full functionality.

Electrical systems - Table electrical system, including hand

control, are thoroughly tested and major components are

repaired or replaced as necessary. Batteries are replaced with

new.

Mechanical systems - All mechanical components are

inspected; repaired, adjusted. Key components & systems are

lubricated, sealed and/or torqued to meet or exceed OEM

specifications.

Testing - Completed table is systematically, meticulously and

rigorously tested to insure that all systems function smoothly and as intended by the manufacturer.

Our Softcare foam pad sets help prevent pressure sores, providing your patients with a deserved

point of comfort during what is most likely a physically and emotionally trying procedure. A relaxed

patient is much less likely to suffer from muscle tension, stiffness, and other potentially injurious

conditions. Our surgical foam cushions are easy to wipe clean and coordinate seamlessly with your

existing medical equipment and furnishings, and are used in state-of-the-art emergency rooms,

maternity wards, surgical centers, and private clinics.

Custom sizes available for all OR tables and table accessories.

• Foam: Latex Free Top Layer of Memory Foam (6 lb density), Bottom Layer: Latex Free High

Density Polyfoam (1.8 lb density)

• Cover Material: Latex Free, black, conductive, urethane coated, 4 way stretch-knit fluid proof

cover

• Cover Seams: Fluid Resistant. Seams are sewn using waterfall technology, a top cover pattern

where the top edges have as few seams as possible

SURGICAL TABLE & ARMBOARD PAD OPTIONS

Choose from three different styles of O.R. Table Pads and Armboard Pads:

Standard – High-density polyurethane foam with a

conductive vinyl sheeting top and bottom cover.

This pad is recommended for shorter procedures.

Deluxe – High-density polyurethane foam with a

soft, stretchable, urethane-coated, conductive top

cover and a conductive vinyl sheeting bottom cover.

This pad is recommended as an upgrade over the

Standard Pad for short to medium length

procedures.

Softcare – This pad incorporates a layer of

pressure relief viscoelastic foam (a.k.a. Memory

Foam) to aid in the prevention of pressure ulcers

during longer procedures. The balance of the foam

is high-density polyurethane foam. The top cover

material is the same soft, stretchable, urethane-

coated, conductive material that is used on the

Deluxe Pad, with a conductive vinyl sheeting bottom

cover.

Gel Top – Top Gel Layer available upon request (additional cost will apply).

Welded Seams – Fluid proof welded seams available (additional cost will apply).

FUNCTIONAL TESTING SERVICE AND REPAIRS Electrical systems - Electrical control system is thoroughly

tested and major components are repaired or replaced as

necessary. Sterilizers are fitted with intuitive Stage 3 controls

with custom programmable cycles and reliable performance.

Mechanical systems - All mechanical components are

inspected; repaired, adjusted. Key components & systems are

lubricated, sealed and/or torqued to meet or exceed OEM

specifications. Sterilizers are re-piped with polished brass

fittings, new steam traps, completely rebuilt solenoid valves, and

new safety valves. The door is completely dis-assembled and

meticulously inspected for signs of wear or defect, after repair

and lubrication the door is adjusted to factory specs.

Testing – Chamber and steam jacket must pass a

hydrostatic test for leaks. Completed sterilizers are

systematically, meticulously and rigorously tested to insure

that all systems function smoothly and as intended by the
