1. From the National Black MBA Association home page (http://www.nbmbaa.org) > Click on the “Career Success Network” link in the upper right. > Access the Job Seekers Portal.
2. To login and begin your profile set up or applying for positions click on the “Sign In” 3. Then proceed to input your member username / password. If you are not a member simply click
on the “Create an Account” link and this will walk you through the registration process.
Resume Posting Process
4. Once logged in to your account you can then click on the “Update Your Profile” link to update your profile or to complete set up. This will walk you through the profile set up process.
a. Choose Visibility i. Public – Allows your profile and any documents that you choose to be
searchable. ii. Confidential – Makes only your profile searchable and keeps personal
information hidden. iii. Private – Makes no part of your profile searchable. It is saved in your account to
apply for positions as you wish.
b. Proceed to input your information i. Personal information (name / address / phone) ii. History (employment / education) iii. Additional resume details iv. Preview
