I became a REALTOR® with the goal of helping others find their first, or next perfect home, in their current stage in life. I chose to work with Carrie Gruel and Associates, and F.C. Prior to real estate, I had been in the banking industry as a customer service representitive. I brought along knowledge and determination to improve my skills so that I can work efficiently and effectively for my clients. I understand the process can be long and difficult. When purchasing or selling a home, there are several wheels turning at once. Seeing multiple sides of the transactions from a business standpoint has taught me a great deal about communication, problem solving, motivation, and customer service. My clients are my focus.
