Crafted by hand, each piece of our batik collection is a unique work of art. The members of this artisan cooperative in Ghana use the ancient technique of batik to hand craft their fabric. Skilled seamstressesthen cut and sew each beautiful garment. Many of their machines are treadle operated, allowing them to work even when electricity is sparce.

We are proud to be one of their largest clients, collaborating on designs and concepts since 2006.

At Ease with OrganicsOur organic cotton knit collection is made in Uganda. Each piece is available in 4 colors: Sun, White, Black, and Cobalt.

Our beautiful ceramicmugs are hand crafted by a ceramics coop-erative located in the highlands of Guatemala.

After each mug is sculpted and kilned, a third artisan hand paints each design before the final firing. This artform providesthree tiers of fair wage employment.

Knowing the story of this art, tea time never tasted so good!

Artisan Made

Made in India, these bold boho bags are hand craft-ed from start to finish.

Artisans begin by spinning organic cotton into yarn which is then woven into a soft fabric.

The design is then block printed onto the fabric by hand using a wooden block.

The final stage is to cut and sew each bag. The handles are twisted and woven into carved wooden rings.

Each bag is made with ef-fort and integrity, providing a brighter future for the women and their families.
