- Customer fully moves workload to Partner cloud - Customer provides SharePoint application licenses (Server + CAL licenses) - Licenses may no longer be used on-premise - Multi-tenant infrastructure / single tenant App (dedicated in VM) - 90 day assignment rule applies - SPLA Partner licenses Windows Server through SPLA

• SAL for SA in SPLA

- Customer receives hosted SharePoint Service from partner; but can also maintain a workload on premise

- Customer owns CAL licenses with/SA. SPLA Partner is the licensee of SharePoint through SPLA at lower price utilizing SAL’s for SA
