ROAD SAFETY AUDIT REVIEWRSAR is a pro-active formal examination of an existing road in which an independent, multi-
discipline team reports on potential safety issues.
"Independent" means that the members of the team will not be directly involved with the location being audited.
Purpose: To provide technical assistance in identifying safety problems & offer suggestions for small low cost improvements
