Clean, Rich Inks.

• PrinterEvolution inks are clean and developed specifically to keep the printheads jetting without clogging. The water-based inks pass all OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifications. They are produced in an ISO 9001 facility with strict quality control all at a very competitive cost per liter.

• Achieve a brilliant color gamut with super rich blacks, a heavy pigment load and excellent greyscale. The rich colors these inks produce has become a trademark of PrinterEvolution printers.

True On-Board Sublimation.

• The Inline Collection printers use an advanced on-board sublimation unit, which not only dramatically reduces the size of equipment footprint but also delivers a finished product right off the printer.

• Many competitors utilize a “blackbox” or “toaster” heater in which the media passes by a heating system that is intended to fix inks into the fabric. Prints from this type of system are not yet permanently fixed and will still need to be sublimated with a separate fixation calender to avoid bleeding, crocking and fading.

• The Inline Collection produces prints that are fully sublimated into the textile with a true calender utilizing even, consistent heat and pressure. Directly from the printer, users can immerse the finished print in water with no ink bleed or loss.

• Both platforms are field upgradable at any time so you can enter the market at a budget that makes sense for you, then increase print speeds as demand increases. Upgrade the D Series from 2 to 4 heads or the Eos Series from 8 heads to 12.*

Industrial Build.

• The Eos is available with Ricoh Gen-4 or Gen-5 variable drop printheads while the D Series runs Kyocera greyscale printheads. Printheads are a critical component of achieving accurate, gorgeous, rich color. PrinterEvolution printers are engineered with only the best.

• Because our printheads are industrial and high quality, they have a longer life, cost you less overall and will excel at fulfilling high volume print requirements.

• With a steel frame and industrial built parts, the Inline Collection is built for 3-shift operation. Our field engineers will teach your production staff to maintain this equipment and keep it running to meet your business demands at all times.

• A 2.5 liter bulk system for high energy disperse inks allows for continuous printing with fewer interruptions.

• An optional jumbo roll setup accommodates larger rolls of material which increases productivity.

• An optional in-line cutting system uses six adjustable cold-knife blades to slit the media after sublimation. This allows the operator to print several jobs at once and separate them into batches as they come off the printer, decreasing finishing time and increasing productivity.

Media Options

• Unlike many competitive products, our Inline Collection can print on standard polyester fabrics as well as specialty materials, such as open weave and stretch.

• We’ve engineered a uniquely designed trough system fitted with a sponge and ink pad that absorb any ink that passes through the fabric on flag material, mesh and other open weave fabrics without marking the backside with “blow-by” ink.

Material Handling

• For stretchable fabrics like PowerStretch and sports textiles, these printers use an adjustable cork roller to spread and hold the fabric in place, maintaining perfect tension and ensuring precise print quality.

• An optional Roll-to-Sheet Attachment consists of two pinch rollers that apply constant tension on the material, allowing the operator to remove finished prints as they come off of the machine instead of being spooled onto a takeup reel.

Complete System, Smaller Footprint

• The Inline Collection printers are designed with an incorporated fume extraction unit. The heated core that sublimates the ink into the fabric is encased in an insulated cylinder that is vented directly into the fume extraction unit to reduce the amount of fumes escaping during the sublimation process.

• The unit utilizes Hydrophobic HEPA filters with long life and low replacement cost. There is a filter change/ system fail signal to make sure the unit is always functioning at peak performance.

• This unit occupies a very small footprint and has low electrical requirements. This is especially cost effective when compared to systems requiring a separate sublimation calender which requires a larger footprint and hood extraction built into the roofing system.

Media Feed

• The media handling system for both printers in this collection includes four drive motors, two precision stepping motors and two sets of dancer bars that are synchronized with the entire system, automatically fine tuning the tension during the media feeding process to ensure precise movement. This is far superior to the pinch rollers used in some competitive systems.
