VTHS• Currently 70 rooms are being used for instruction at a rate of use of approximately 75%.• There are numerous rooms being used for computer labs, subject area rooms and non-

instructional uses such as the Cardio room. These can be used for instruction and at certain times of the day are used for instruction but that frees up another classroom. There are fourteen free classrooms.

• An eight through twelve configuration would put forth a need for sixty two homerooms. (there are currently ten in grade eight and fifty two in grades 9-12; that 52 includes special education, art and music)

• With a room use of 75% for existing classrooms and the potential of the use of fourteen more classrooms, most of which would not be needed, grade eight is easily accommodated.
