New River Military Academic Skills Program

The Education Assistance Office now has the MASP

course aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River. This

program gives many opportunities to all those who desire

classroom-based preparatory skill refreshment for math

and English.

To sustain this program, we must use it! The next

scheduled course is Feb. 25-Mar. 29. It is a four-week

command-approved appointed place of duty. Obtain forms

for signature via http://www.mccslejeune.com.

Fill it out, obtain command signatures and turn it into

the New River Education Assistance Office no later than 2

p.m., Feb. 22.

The present GED testing system is being phased out as of

Dec. 31 and a new system is in place as of Jan. 1.

If you have not completed the entire cycle of testing in

the Learning Lab at AS-212. It is open Monday, Tuesday, and

Thursday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Contact Mrs. Beverly Goodson
