Financing for the RERED I (Phase 1)• Approved on June 25, 2002 , effective on December 31, 2002. • Additional financing of $130 million was approved in August 2009 for 300,000 SHS and 10 million CFLs. • Another round of additional financing of $172 million was approved in October 2011. • The project closed in December 2012. • A repeater RERED II Project has been recently approved with IDA funding of $155 million.
