Biographical InfoChris Cunningham is an English music video film director and video artist. He

was born in Reading, Berkshire in 1970 and grew up in Lakenheath, Suffolk. He made his directorial debut in 1977 with the music video for ‘come to daddy’ by the aphex twins which received mixed reviews. However his most famous music video that he created was Bjork’s ‘all is full of love’ which one all sorts of awards including an MTV music video award for breakthrough video.

The work that both Chris Cunningham and the Aphex Twins do are both very abstract and it allows him to let his imagination go.

Cunningham likes to build on the idea of mutated and deformed objects/people. He likes to use a lot of unsaturated and very dark colours, he also likes to use a grainy filter on his work, this makes things seem weirder.
